See your flights or your stay, download the itinerary, add it to your calendar or ask us to change or cancel it. You need the reference from your confirmation email and the surname of someone on the booking.

The 6 character airline reference on your e ticket, or the order id or hotel reference from your confirmation email.

Of any traveller on the booking, exactly as it appears on the ticket.

Can’t find your reference?

It is in the confirmation email we sent when you booked, and the airline’s own reference is on your e ticket. If you cannot find either, call us on 020 7993 8474, Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm UK, and we will find the booking by name.
