The 6-character flight reference or a hotel reference like 255-1234567, from your booking confirmation, or the MS reference for something you sent our team.

Of any traveller on the booking, exactly as it appears on the ticket.

Can’t find your reference?

It is on your booking confirmation and on your e-ticket. If you cannot find either, call us on 020 7993 8474, Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm UK, and we will find the booking by name.
