Hotel questions
Every price is for the whole stay, all rooms, with taxes included. It is the figure you pay us.
Some cities charge a tourist or city tax that the hotel collects at reception. We show that amount next to the price before you book. It is the only thing not in our total.
Each room says whether it can be cancelled and by when. Rooms marked non-refundable cannot be cancelled once booked.
Where free cancellation applies, cancel before the deadline shown and nothing is charged. After it, the charge stated on the room applies.
Most hotels open check-in from 3pm and ask for check-out by 11am. The exact times are on the room details and in your confirmation. Arriving late is fine if you tell us, we pass it to the hotel.
You pay us in pounds. Prices can show in your local currency at today’s rate, but the charge is always in pounds.
Nothing is taken until the hotel confirms the room, and the confirmation email carries the booking reference the hotel holds under the lead guest’s name.
Yes. Add children in the guests box with their ages, hotels price rooms by age. Cots and extra beds depend on the hotel, tell us in the requests box and we ask.
