We price the whole party
Our team looks for seats for everyone on the same flights and works out one price for the party, taxes included.

We call you back
We call the number you gave us, Mon to Sat, 8am to 8pm UK, with the price and what it includes.
- 04
We book it together
If the price works for you, we book everyone on the call. Nothing is paid until then.

Before you send
A group is two to nine travellers aged 12 and over, on one route and one set of dates.
For children or infants, or for ten or more travellers, call us on 020 7993 8474 and we price it with you.
Fares move by the hour, so we confirm the price for the whole party before anything is booked.
Fares are non-refundable once booked, unless the airline cancels or the fare rules allow a refund. The same fare rules apply to every traveller.
Questions we get asked
Before we book, nothing is held or paid, so tell us and we price the party again.
After booking, the fare rules on the ticket apply to that seat. Call us and we will read the rules on your exact ticket and tell you what is possible.
Not as one group. A group is one route and one set of dates. If some of your party need to fly from somewhere else, send them as a separate trip and meet at the other end.
Not on group bookings at the moment. Flight Points are earned on flights and hotels booked through your own account.
